MODAN® Power

The MODAN® P power distribution system is used as a main distribution system or substation, for rated currents from 800 A to 6300 A. From the point of view of the power distribution, the board is the first location, i.e. directly behind the feeder transformer.

The NZM 4 circuit-breakers up to 1600 A and IZM circuit-breakers up to 6300 A can be integrated in the distribution board in fixed compartments or withdrawable units. All network types such as: TN- C, TN- S... can be implemented easily using 3 and 4-pole circuit-breakers. The clear division into the incomer module, circuit-breaker module and control module functional areas enables internal partitioning to Form 4b.

Additional control circuit devices can also be installed in the control module. Power can be supplied via cables or BD2, LD and LX busbar trunking systems, enabling MODAN® P and busbar trunking systems to be combined to create type-tested switchgear and controlgear assemblies.

 

MODAN® Removable

The power distribution system with removable compartments for power and motor outgoers up to 630 A. The removable compartment design is an inexpensive alternative to withdrawable units wherever short interruptions in production or functional processes are permissible.

The removable compartments can be exchanged under live conditions as the main current is plugged in. If required, it can be equipped with DOL, reversing or star-delta starters for use as a motor control centre. Internal separation to Form 2b is ensured as a standard minimum.

The compact and modular design ensures an optimum level of both economy and space utilisation.

 

MODAN® Withdrawable

The power distribution and motor control centre with withdrawable units for outgoers with rated currents up to 630 A. Fully withdrawable design for optimum availability and flexibility.

If required, it can be equipped with DOL, reversing or star-delta starters for use as a motor control centre. User-friendly handling of all units simplifies operation. Internal separation to Form 3b is standard.

The compact and modular design ensures an optimum level of both economy and space utilisation.

 

 

MODAN® General

The power distribution system with fixed compartments for empty sections of universal and control equipment up to a rated current of 630 A. The distribution sections are designed for mounting conventional and electronic control systems, 19” modules as well as the IVS service distribution mounting kit.

The mounting of power factor compensation modules in fixed compartments also provides an affordable solution.
