Kolmefaasiline mootor

Kolmefaasilised mootorid on kogu maailmas kõige olulisemad ja kõige levinumad elektrimootorid. Mootorid on asendamatud tänu oma tugevale, vastupidavale ja ökonoomsele konstruktsioonile ning kõrgele kaitseklassile. Erinevad rakendused üle kogu maailma vajavad ökonoomseid ajameid ja insenertehnilisi kontseptsioone: alates mootorite lihtsat käivitamist võimaldavatest kuni kiiruse korrigeerimist ja juhtimist lubavate süsteemideni.

Frequency inverters M-Max™, H-Max™

Frequency inverters convert the constant voltage and frequency of the mains supply to a DC voltage The frequency inverter generates a new three-phase supply with a variable voltage and frequency for the three-phase motor from this DC voltage.

Frequency inverters M-Max™

The new frequency inverters M-MAX can switch between sensorless vector control and V/f control. The RF interference filter for compliance to categories C2 (public grid) and C3 (industrial grid) of the IEC/EN 61800-3 is already integrated.

The M-MAX devices feature an RS485 MODBUS interface as standard.

Frequency inverters H-Max™

The special characteristics of the new frequency inverter H-Max™ makes it ideal for applications in the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning field. An integrated RFI filter as well as a dc-link reactor simplify implementation of EMC-compliant design.

The H-Max™ devices feature the relevant BACNet and Modbus RS485 networking protocols used in the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning field.

Frequency inverters DF6/DV6

The frequency inverters of the DF and DV series allow installation in numerous drive applications: from simple speed control with V/f-control used for example with pumps and fans, to flux-vector control (closed/open loop) with hoisting and conveying applications.

The frequency inverters of the DF and DV series impress with their advanced technology and highest levels of user comfort.

Soft starter DS7

The new soft starter DS7 is ideal for pumps, fans and small conveyor applications. The DS7 is a fully integral element in the xStart system. It replaces the mechanical contactor and extends the function “Motor soft start”.

Extended service intervals and reduced operating costs are welcomed side effects.

Soft starter/DS4 semiconductor contactors and Soft starter DS6

A soft and smooth motor start is enabled by the electronic soft starter. It provides stepless control of the of the three-phase motor supply voltage in the start phase. The motor torque is matched to the load-performance of the machine load and provides smooth acceleration. Mechanical stresses and motor current peaks are avoided. The classic star-delta function can be simply replaced. DS4 semiconductor contactors, depending on the version, can be used for motor loads (as soft starters) or non-motor loads (as semiconductor contactors).

Soft starter DM4

Top-quality soft starters such as the DM4 series can be individually matched to the requirements of the respective applications, and offer soft starting in its most comfortable form. A specific motor current reduction in the start phase and an application specific parameter definition ensure optimum matching to the characteristics of the three-phase drive. The DM4 can be used in the In Delta and In Line configurations..

The highest level of operating comfort, optional communication modules and motor protection functions which are already integrated, assure simple and safe handling of the drive.
