easy in the front: Display and operation on the control panel door

The SKF inspection flap can be used for visualization of the operating states or to operate the control relay directly on the front of the control panel.

Your EASY EASY500, 700 or 800 can be installed directly in the control panel door using the SKF inspection flap which is comprised of a mounting frame with inspection flap. All mounting frames are generally suited for the installation in distribution boards or enclosures. The transparent inspection flaps are resistant to ultraviolet rays and guarantee IP 65 degree of protection.
A SKF-FF4 four modular spacing window is available for the EASY500, the SKF-FF6 with a six modular spacing window is intended for the EASY700 and 800. The unit can be sealed to prevent tampering.

After the inspection flap is mounted, the SKF-HA top-hat rail adapter is simply unscrewed from the inside of the control panel:

• Cut a section of DIN EN 50 022 conform top-hat rail to the required length.
• Snap-fit your control relay onto the top-hat relay and wire it.
• Snap-fit the wired 'easy' with the top-hat rail onto the top-hat rail adapter, – and you are ready.

Wire-up in the control panel

If you want to wire-up and operate the easy control relay in the control panel, rear-mount your easy. Varying installation depths can be easily compensated with the M22-TA telescopic clip:

• Snap-fit the telescopic-clip onto the fixed top-hat rail in the control panel.
• Cut a section of top-hat rail to the required length for the control relay.
• Snap-fit the top-hat rail onto the upper section of the telescopic clip.
• Now position the control relay on the telescopic-clip and set the depth to the inspection flap in the control panel door.
• Loosen the knurled screw, pull out the telescopic-clip to the required length, tighten the knurled screw, – and you are ready.
